With prior experience in business operations and real estate asset management as the COO of a 2,000 person, 1+ Billion dollar real estate investment firm, Peter's vision extends from building high-functioning teams to making exceptional ideas become successful ventures.
Peter’s experience specializes in real estate development, construction, operational management, with special focus on projects requiring his legal expertise.
A proud husband and father of 5, Peter enjoys driving around on his tractor with his son, James, and playing music with his daughters.
With an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law, Peter Bower is licensed to practice law in California and Montana. Peter is also a member of the Urban Land Institute.

AMANDA BOWER
Amanda’s experience in real estate stems from working in all aspects of residential property management, ultimately as regional manager for over $150 million in assets and a team of nearly a dozen staff.
Amanda is well loved by vendors, employees, customers, and owners, who all recognize her incredible talent for inspiring everyone to exhibit their highest level of achievement while having a great time. Her ability to see the big picture objective and lead the team to execution is one of her greatest strengths.
Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband and five children and also with her big Italian family.
A graduate of the University of San Diego, Amanda has a degree in Real Estate and Business Administration. Amanda is a member IREM, and is a CPM Candidate. A California Broker, Amanda is a member of the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Jennifer brings 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. As a retired Licensed Title Insurance Agent and holder of a Property Management License, she has built a career on integrity, market expertise, and a commitment to smooth and successful property transactions. Whether navigating Real Estate closings or managing properties, Jennifer takes pride in delivering professional and reliable service to clients.

Outside of work, she cherishes spending time with her family and making the most of every moment together. Real estate is her passion, but family is her foundation.
